So it's not so great, it's just the beginning. A little crooked and stuff, but you get the idea. Remember these proportions arent the law, they are just guides. Drawings always need to be tweaked in some way. This drawing lost some of her chin area along the way, so adding a stronger and lower jaw line might help it. Shading might help it along too. I think it's okay for a basic understanding of where to put parts of a face. She does kinda look asian... I wonder how. More tutorials on that as well.
